To make clinical experience more deep and satisfying for self and for all stake holders in health care, I expanded my learning to all the aspects of health care - managerial, financial, communication, legal, quality and safety aspect. The result was improved patient satisfaction, appreciated doctors and better hospital performance. To make this happen, I have gone through training in NABH, health care communication skills, Six Sigma with M. Phil in Hospital Management from BITS Pilani and worked in various managerial projects of St. John’s Hospital. Being a part of teaching Institutes all through my career, I am committed to make Nephrology teaching and practice easy for all. Being part of many research programmes and publications, it is my dream to include research in day-to-day practice. Last but not the least, if one must evolve and make life meaningful, innovation is the way to go. Was mentored by innovators like Dr. Jagdish Chaturvedi (ENT Innovator), Dr. Ravi Nayyar (ENT Innovator), Dr. Vishal (Oncology Innovator), which lead to innovations, patents, grants and associations with organisations like AIC- NITTE, St johns innovation centre, InnAccel and DERBI innovation foundation.
